Orchestria offers powerful and flexible reporting to enable an organization to understand the activity across the entire enterprise that is putting the firm’s information at risk. Orchestria offers two types of reporting capabilities – an Interactive Dashboard and Standard Reports.
The Web-based
Orchestria Dashboard provides highly flexible and graphical representations of incident activity – all from within the Orchestria iConsole. The “panes” in the Orchestria Dashboard deliver metrics on a variety of user and incident activity. Each pane provides drill down capabilities that can take the user to individual incidents for complete review and root-cause analysis. Charts support three types of drill down. Drill down in-place replaces the existing chart. External drill down executes a search and displays the results, replacing the entire dashboard. Popup drill down executes a search and displays the results in a new window with the dashboard remaining in the main window.

Dashboard users have a variety of options including being able to set the time period for the data displayed in the panes, the ability to refresh the panes to display the latest data and the ability to download the data and charts as a portable report in PDF format. Individual panes can be minimized, maximized or closed. Users can simply click the format options (such as Bar, Bubble, Pie, Line, etc.) to change the chart type in real-time.

In addition to the Orchestria Dashboard, Orchestria offers a number of Standard Reports that can be configured with custom date ranges and for different users and groups. An example of one of Orchestria’s standard Web-based reports is shown in the figure below. The Incident Rate by Policy report displays the number of incidents and a percent of total incidents by policy. Additionally, the policy name in the column at the left can be clicked in order to retrieve the set of incidents for the selected policy.
