
Andrew has more than 20 years experience in service provision, sales and general
management with global corporations.
Andrew joined Orchestria in October 2001 successfully leading the creation of
the company's Client Services team before taking responsibility for Customer
Support in October 2005.
Previously Andrew was with Siemens Business Services (SBS) where he was Director,
Business Service Provision, responsible for building a division of more than
3000 people to provide non-IT services to all SBS Business Process Outsourcing
contracts.
Prior to this, Andrew managed outsourced IT and Business Service Provision contracts
for major government, defence and IT organizations and worked in sales and business
development roles in IT and telecommunications for multinational corporate clients.
Andrew is based at Orchestria's R&D facility in the UK.
