Ken Pentimonti

Ken is a Vice President of Paladin Capital Group and has over 10 years of technology finance and investing experience. Ken led Paladin Capital's investment in and continues to work with a number of leading technology companies, including ClearCube Technologies, CloudShield, SOA Software and GlassHouse Technologies.

Prior to joining Paladin Capital, Ken was a Vice President in the technology investment banking group at JPMorgan Chase (and prior to that, Hambrecht & Quist, which was acquired by JPMorgan Chase). While at JPMorgan, Ken led the execution of over 20 equity offerings, 10 M&A transactions and various other public and private capital raising transactions. In addition, Ken identified and led a number of late stage private equity investments made by JPMorgan Partners. Prior to JPMorgan, Ken was a senior consultant with Arthur Andersen & Co. in San Francisco.
